Assembler in South St. Paul, MN | $20.00/Hour
Our Assembler’s workweek is Monday to Friday with hours starting at 06:00 am until 02:30 pm This job is a Light Industrial type position that that pays $20.00/Hour and is a Temp-to-hire opportunity.
An assembler is responsible for putting together parts or pieces following a set of directions. An assembler is also responsible for verifying correct quantities of parts and checking completed items for quality and may also be responsible for managing parts inventory.
Assembler Duties and Responsibilities –
· Assembling kits from large pallets
· Putting boxes together and packaging assembled items
· Preparing boxes for shipment by printing labels and labeling boxes as directed
· Inventory management of components and materials
· Inspect component parts prior to assembly and reject defective parts.
· Microscope and halo light soldering may be required.
· Forklift experience required
Assembler Requirements and Qualifications –
· Able to do simple math
· Follow verbal instructions
· Strong attention to detail
· Willingness to learn
· Positive attitude
· Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks according to importance
