About the Opportunity:

∙ Job Title: Pad Printer Set-Up & Operator

∙ Pay: $20/Hour

∙ Location: Eden Prairie, MN

∙ Schedule: 1st Shift, Mon-Fri 8AM-4:30PM

Daily functions:

Operate and set-up pad printer machine.
Mixing inks (ink formulations)
Pantone PMS color matching
Maintain clean work area.
Read job tickets (English)
Execute workflow.
Sit and stand at machine for long period of time.
Work at a fast pace
Change set-ups for different print operations

Desired qualifications:

High school diploma or GED
One year experience pad printing, set-up and operate.
Strong verbal communication skills
Attention to detail, be able to distinguish colors by using a PMS color chart.
Willingness to stay to get the job done.
Ability to set-up machine multiple times during the day
Short runs

Physical requirements:

Lifting 40lbs
Standing and sitting for long durations of time
Use hands and fingers to operate hand tools.
