Responsibilities:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve the overall performance of the restaurant
- Maintaining high standards of food quality and safety
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any customer complaints
- Recruiting, training, and managing staff, ensuring they are motivated and engaged
- Building relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of products and services
- Managing budgets, finances, and payroll
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in upper management in the restaurant industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, food safety, and customer service
