Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision to an assigned team
- Present as a clinical coordinator in developing and implementing service and individual treatments plans.
- Assess the clinical needs of youth and adults and make treatment recommendations.
- Performs as the lead member of an inter-disciplinary team and make intervention suggestions to other members of the support team.
- Provides consultation, evaluation, and treatment services to clients, as well as interview and assess.
- Collects data from collateral sources.
- Participates as a lead member of a treatment team in the planning, formulation, and implementation and review of the Treatment, Personal Supports or Individual Service Plan, and provides and documents psychotherapy services as approved and directed.

Requirements
Talents, skills, and abilities:
- An advanced degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
- LCPC/LCSW License
- Three years of direct work experience
- Ability to assess clients (and families) from a strengths model perspective, along with the skills, knowledge, and abilities to develop a theoretical perspective.
- Ability to work with a variety of people.
- Strong oral and written communication skills are a must.

Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
