Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Assists - under the direct supervision of AWARE's FACT Team Leader - in monitoring FACT Members agendas and other overall FACT activities, efforts, schedules, and meetings/trainings. Assists, as assigned, with a variety of FACT functions, including preparing and reviewing meeting minutes, filing confidential materials, monitoring phone calls, voice mail messages, staff calendars, travel itineraries, and handling other staff and client needs. The AWARE team Administrative Assistant must have excellent skills time management and communication skills.

Requirements
Required Skills, Abilities & Education:
- A working knowledge ofoffice procedures, practices, and machines, such as typewriters, FAX machines, multi-extension phone systems, and duplicating machines is required.
- A working knowledge of computers and word processing programs is also essential.
- Requires excellent typing skills, the ability to take extensive notes, and to transcribe and the abilities to work effectively with the public and other professionals.
- Communicate well verbally and in writing, and to maintain appropriate work habits, such as organizational skills, and punctuality.
- High School Diploma or HSE
Preferred Skills & Abilities & Education:
- Two (2) years working in an office setting.
