What are the responsibilities and job description for the Studio Assistant position at Awesome Inc?
AWESOME INC, a creative studio in Atlanta, GA, is currently seeking a Studio Assistant to assist with day to day operations.
We are hiring for our Atlanta, GA studio only; no remote freelancers are sought at this time. Position is full-time with benefits.
You will need to…
- Be MacOS & web savvy
- Possess a working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign. Flash, After Effects & Premiere a bonus!)
- Have reliable transportation. The Studio Assistant will be required to make supply runs and various errands
- Be detailed oriented and organized
What will you be doing?
- Making sure the office is a comfortable work environment for everyone
- Setting-up email & software user accounts for new employees
- Managing inventory & preparing computer workstations
- Prepping studio for client reviews with coffee, snacks, & tidying-up
- Running general office errands & ordering client meals
- Acting as point of contact for external vendors
- Distributing mail, managing shipments and deliveries
- Assisting producers and HR department with office tasks
- Additional tasks as needed
