What are the responsibilities and job description for the Store Supervisor position at AWISCO?
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ownership of the entire customer experience. This includes appropriate product selection and accurate order entry and maintenance
- Escalate inquiries and requests as necessary to the appropriate department or person following outlined guidelines
- Display a courteous and empathetic attitude to all customers
- Responds to all inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform research to understand the specifications, features and benefits of our product offering
- Understand, agree, and commit to the safety guidelines and behaviors set forth through our organization and comply with all process standards including wearing personal protective equipment when required.
- Manages all warehouse activities such as, receiving, storing, picking, shipping materials and inventory control.
- Flexibility to work any time within branch hours of operation
- Provides assistance with loading trucks in preparation for deliveries
- Abides by a safe and compliant culture, correcting unsafe acts or conditions without delay.
- Inspect cylinders for defects/test date issues to ensure compliance with government/company policies
- Train and supervisor employees
- Perform other related duties as necessary
