Traffic Control Flagger / Construction Laborer

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING:

• Setting up safe work zones with proper equipment
• Communicating with your crew to keep everyone safe
• Controlling traffic flow
• Providing outstanding service and protection to customers
• Receiving continuous development and guidance

• Previous experience in an outdoor labor setting; i.e., Traffic Control, Landscaping, Manufacturing, Construction, Utilities, Military, or Skilled Operator
• Familiarity with a client-based schedule
• Valid Texas driver's license
• Steel Toed or Composite Toed Boots
• Comfortable standing 8-12 hours a day
• Ability to lift 50-60 lbs
• Accustomed to working in all types of weather, and in traffic
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening including a drug test
• Must be able to pass ATSSA Certification Test Day 1 of Training

WHAT WILL YOU GET:

• Pay based on experience, Starting pay at our Waco Facility - $15 / hr
• Quick promotion opportunities for Protectors interested in doing more – you can become a Senior Protector within 4 months, and continue to grow to Lead Protector

• Year-round work with overtime opportunities, after 40 hours: time and a half.
