Job Summary
The position manages partnerships, underwriters, and internal AXA partner stakeholder relationships as assigned by the Travel Insurance Product Director. The Manager also organizes travel insurance product offerings and oversees program implementation. The Manager will be responsible for the travel insurance product and report to the Travel Insurance Product Director. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally across sales, account management, finance, IT, legal, and operations to ensure client satisfaction and profitable business.
Key Functions & Responsibilities
- Work with underwriters and partners to develop products to meet market demands and optimize AXA’s value proposition
- Stays abreast of and learns about products, programs, and services available to customers to improve market offerings
- Possess a deep understanding of AXA products, capabilities, and solutions
- Recommend, deploy, and ensure conformity to standard technology applications
- Utilizes data to evaluate situations and make appropriate recommendations regarding strategic activity, risk mitigation, etc.
- Standardizes reporting mechanisms to ensure optimal clarity of results and customer satisfaction/alignment
- Work closely with the sales team and, as necessary, participate in sales presentations and new business development opportunities to support growth objectives
- Oversee the implementation of new travel insurance clients
- Prepare and conduct product training for the organization
Your Profile

5 years Travel Insurance product and marketing- Contract negotiation and administration

Education
- 4-year degree
- Insurance certifications/sales licenses (preferred)
