This is a full-time on-site position based in Fallbrook, California, USA. Some non-standard hours may be required, nights and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspect of day-to-day IT operations. This will include but not limited to all IT infrastructure services and end user support.
- Assist with maintaining a highly resilient best-practice infrastructure security posture.
- Proactively monitor and maintain all IT services for maximum uptime.
- Perform preventative maintenance updates and upgrades to hardware and software systems.
- Actively monitor for and implement system best practices in accordance to company use cases.
- Maintain IT inventories of hardware, software and user requirements.
- Document with diagrams, notes and configuration details hardware, software and services for their lifecycle.
- Develop and write end user how-to and support documentation.
- Assist with training existing and new hires on the usage of IT services, applications and peripherals.
- Follow all Information Technology department procedures.
- Provide written summary reports on projects and process improvements.
- Use and maintain a ticketing and project management systems.
- Participate as a subject matter expert in software verifications, validation reports and user acceptance testing.
- Ability to provide training to audiences of technical and non-technical backgrounds.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by the IT Director or company executives.
Qualification Requirements:
- At least 8-10 years of experience deploying and managing with the following:
- Providing technical support for IT operations and end users in both hardware and software, servers, desktops, laptops and mobile devices.
- Implement and managing Windows desktops and servers. Supporting operating systems XP through 2019 server.
- Deploying and managing Microsoft Active Directory services.
- Deploying and managing Aruba network hardware, switches, routers, and gateways.
- Deploying and managing LAN, VLAN, trunks, WAN, Wireless, and VPN services.
- Deploying and managing network services, DNS, DHCP, QOS, SMTP, FTP, HTTP, SSL, Proxy and access-lists.
- Deploying and managing an array of cloud bases services.
- Deploying and managing server and desktop virtualization technologies based on a VMware Hyper-converged infrastructure.

- 5 or more years of VIOP phone systems management
- Zulty’s phone equipment experience is a plus
- Mobile devise management experience
- Knowledge of Soti is a plus
- Provisioning, deploying, and manage Android, iOS, and Windows devises.

Value Added Experience
- Administering enterprise IT management consoles for mixed endpoints, desktops, servers, mobile and IoT devices.
- Administering enterprise printing services, print servers, queues.
- Servicing printers.
- Usage and management of SharePoint
- Using and supporting a variety of conferencing tools, Microsoft Teams, Zoom and conferencing hardware.
- Photography and video capturing and editing.
Education and Certifications:
- Degree in computer science or related field
- Certifications: VCA, A , Network , MCSE
Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents (such as general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and Axelgaard procedures) and the ability to write and effectively communicate with managers, clients, customers, and employees.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures.
Physical Requirements:
- Good depth perception, hearing, speech, and vision
- Lifting and/or moving up to 25-50 pounds up to 36 inches throughout the day
Environmental Conditions: Majority of time is spent indoors with few to any changes in temperature and the noise level is usually moderate.
