Cash Application Specialist

Lawrence, KS

This is onsite. 8 hour work day/40 hours per week. Can start 7 a.m. to 8 a.m.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

" Support the maintenance of Lockbox, ACH, and Credit Card payments.

" Operate and understand Accounts Receivable computer system.

" Analyze and resolve problems with customer accounts, communicate resolution to customer service to relay to customer.

" Assist with overall department tasks and workflow.

" Research and resolve issues from field representatives.

" Provide support to the Supervisor and perform necessary tasks as requested.

" Perform other duties as assigned including special projects.

" Provide support to the Cash Team Lead when needed.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required

1-3 Years Data Entry Experience preferred
