Administrative assistant duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Duties include, but not limited to:
Assist the US employees
handle mail
handle office letters
handle invoicing for customers
handle payroll/ coordinate with payroll company
handle US employee expenses
handle ordering equipment and office necessities
handle US employee benefits and coordinate with benefits agent
help with US conference/ sales logistics
maintain/ communicate US holiday schedule by jurisdiction
assist with new US employee on boarding such as contracts, paperwork etc.
handle employee birthdays, life events cards and gifts
Handle all the Office coordination
assist with researching tools that will enhance the team’s efficiency
answer general emails or calls
Assist with contracts upon request (this is limited to direct request )
Manage company 87 credit card, banking, and other financial facilities
Backup for company 81 above
Assist with monthly reporting, budget planning for business unit
Monitor performance and opex as required to ensure we meet our targets
