Overview:
Based in Northern, VA, Axiologic Solutions LLC has opportunities for you to become part of our high-quality team that delivers innovative solutions to key federal clients. We are currently seeking an Analyst Enterprise Architect to support our client by assisting the government with enterprise planning, strategy, enterprise architecture, and governance functions.
Responsibilities:

Provide oversight and strategic direction in the development of Enterprise and Systems Architecture practices, principles, documentation, and governance support.

Provide subject matter expert (SME) knowledge in Information Technology (IT) systems architectures (virtual and physical server infrastructure, networking, cloud, infrastructure, collaboration, etc.).

Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to design IT systems and programs
-
Ensure that IT systems and program to be implemented are in synchronization with the needs of the client organization .

Collaborate with solution architects and network architects to provide enterprise solutions
-
Manage and secure clients IT assets and frequently update them to meet changing demands of the organization.

Work with network architects to enhance sharing of resources to improve information flow and minimize costs .

Assist stakeholders in developing policies and guidelines regarding the design and implementation of IT within the enterprise .

Educate non-technical users on how to utilize programs and software in managing work duties .

Ensure the timely completion of enterprise IT projects .

Monitor the activities of the enterprise architecture to ensure compliance to the overall project plan, to include making r ecommend deviations from project plan and take corrective measures to bring the project on course.

Test programs and software at completion to ensure conformity to expectations.

Support the organization modernization and architecture compliance efforts that drive system modernization, cloud migration and security enhancements.

Assist in strategic planning, guidance, programmatic review and validation of enterprise IT enclaves and suites.

Document and present recommendations to simplify existing architecture and exploit new architecture, where appropriate, to achieve greater efficiency within mission and business operations.

Remain aware of market changes affecting industry which could be leveraged across the agency.

Manage fact finding, analysis and development of final reports and delivery of presentations related to enterprise architecture.

Interact with technical personnel in a variety of grades in order to facilitate development of Enterprise Architecture artifacts, standards and governance.

Develops architectural products and deliverables for the enterprise and operational business lines.

Prepare graphic, textual presentations, and diagrams in support of briefings, whitepapers, technical exchanges, and reviews that are used to brief C-Suite senior leadership in CIO directorate.

Engage routinely with internal and external stakeholders, to include other CIO divisions and mission critical/ mission essential information system owners.

Participate in technical exchanges, and support briefings to senior leadership in an effort to facilitate the development of the enterprise architecture, artifacts, standards, and governance.
Qualifications:
-
Must have an active/current TS/SCI and ability to pass CI Poly.

At least 7 or more years of specialized experience with enterprise architecture and 15 years of overall experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and/or experience.

Strong architecture /engineering background.

Demonstrated Consulting Skills.

An innovator -- Comes up with ideas and can articulate the idea to the team.

Ability to work with limited information and expand on it with the idea of how it can be implemented into the Enterprise.

Experience with instrumentation of architectures frameworks processes, and software suites such as DoDAF 2.0 , ServiceNow, Microsoft suite of products, SharePoint .

Have certification as a DoDAF 2.0 greenbelt or equivalent IT architecture framework or ability to obtain certification within 6 months of hire, required.

Ability to work comfortably with mid- and senior-level civilian/military personnel.

Ability to work independently, demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to quickly adjust to changing priorities and support tasks as assigned by leadership.

Detail oriented, strong analysis and organizational skills, forward-thinking skills to anticipate and proactively provide recommendations to customers and team.

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.

Strong public speaking and writing skills required.
