Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Work closely with Commercial and Treasury line teams to understand current capabilities and future needs and how to digitize an end-to-end customer journey
- Engage in detailed product, industry and market research to ensure plans are aligned with the bank’s strategic priorities
- Heavy involvement in product roadmaps and go to market planning
- Create and manage reporting and analytics for products in market
- Leverage data analytics to stay ahead of industry trends and business needs for improvements
- Ownership of multiple product lifecycles

- None
Working Conditions
- Typical office environment. Minimal physical effort required, normally seated with freedom of movement on a regular basis. This is a full-time position. The incumbent will be expected to be able to work Monday through Friday and work will mainly be performed at the Maitland location; occasional evening and weekend work may be required. Flexibility with work location and hours may be granted if circumstances permit.

Qualifications Summary
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent
Experience
- 5-10 years of experience working in financial services or technology. Experience in digital product development, ideally within the financial services and commercial/treasury sector.
- Experience with leading digital customer journeys.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong abilities in creating research and insight production, analysis and summaries
- Strong financial analysis skills focused on business case development and go to market planning including forecasting and budgeting
- Confidence in presenting to stakeholders
- Detail oriented, ability to deliver on-time, and great organizational skills

The approximate base salary range for this position is $115,000 to $125,000, commensurate with experience.
