The following provides a detailed description for the position of Kids Club Attendant. Actual duties performed may vary slightly.
General Position Description
Kids Club Attendant's care for children ages 3 months to 12 years while their parents use the facility.
Duties
- Hi’s, Byes and Smiles.
- Required to take optimal care of children while their parents use the facility and display excellent customer service to the members.
- Interact with children and keep them safe and occupied in a stimulating, fun environment.
- Follow a regular cleaning schedule on a daily basis and as is necessary to keep the Kid"s Club clean and presentable for the members and children.
- Responsible for properly checking in/out members and children.
- Have a thorough understanding of and abide by the Axiom and Kids Club policies and Kid"s Club Handbook.
- All staff are required to "help out" on shifts that are in need of coverage.
- Overall duties will be performed with professional and ethical intentions.
- Follow dress code.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Standing for long periods of time.
- Working knowledge of basic computer skills.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
