The Maintenance Director coordinates all of the maintenance for our property management company. This is a desk job. This position supervises a team of maintenance worker/vendors. Computer skills are a must. 40 WPM typing or faster is required. General knowledge of home repairs such as water heaters/light plumbing, light electrical such as replacing outlets and so on will be heavily relied on to verify tenant complaints and vendor resolutions. Below is a more detailed description of the position available.
Answering/Responding to Maintenance calls
Entering Work order details up front
closing out work orders
Setting up new vendors
Auditing Vendor and Owner w-9 and insurance verification
Coordinating make ready of vacant units with oversight
Vendor Concern responses
Tenant Concern responses
Owner concern responses
We are looking for someone to start working immediately.
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to $14.00 per hour
