Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Roofer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various roofing techniques and materials, with a strong background in construction and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

- Install, repair, or replace commercial roofing systems
- Work with various materials such as metal, shingles, and single-ply membranes
- Perform maintenance tasks on existing roofs
- Inspect roofs for damage and leaks
- Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed efficiently
- Utilize power tools and equipment for roofing tasks

Experience:

  • 2 years minimum commercial roofing experience
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Knowledge of various roofing materials and techniques
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test
  • Not required but helpful: Bilingual (English-Spanish)
  • Able to lift 70 lbs. & climb up & down ladders to minimum heights of 20 feet
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions
  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
  • Valid Driver’s License and insurable driving record - not a must but is very helpful
  • Able to work overtime, weekends, Saturday, Sunday and/or Holidays, as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
