We are currently seeking a Contract Manager to work with national and global corporate companies.

Responsibilities:

• Red-lining, editing, drafting, and negotiating contracts and agreements within the legal team to facilitate company goals cross-functionally.
• Reporting on contract analyses (i.e. legal risks) and reviewing contract compliance with company policy.
• Maintaining, organizing, and working through a queue of contracts while practicing prioritization and efficiency.
• Identifying and communicating areas of improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 10 yrs experience reviewing, analyzing, red-lining, editing, drafting, and negotiating contracts and agreements (i.e. NDAs, SOWs, MSAs, Saas agreements, IT agreements, vendor contracts, service agreements, affiliate agreements, marketing agreements, etc.).
• Proven ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders to negotiate with vendors/suppliers while maintaining contractual compliance with legal terms and conditions.
• Track record of working cross-functionally to achieve company goals while showcasing prioritization skills.
• Exceptional organization and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading projects/initiatives.
• Experience negotiating terms from a playbook.
• Experience working closely with in-house counsel.

Compensation, Benefits & Location:

This role offers a range of competitive compensation starting at $85,000 and a highly competitive benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace that includes health benefits, 401K, and more. Axiomites also get access to professional development tools and resources and learning and development programs. Axiomites predominately work remotely, with the exception that some clients require on-site presence.
