- # Installation, configuration, and maintenance of the platform Support applications deployed on the platform
- # Experience with Concourse tool deploying to VMWare Tanzu application platform
- # Experience with BOSH release management tools
- # Good Knowledge in monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Appdynamics, Dynatrace, or related tools.
- # Good understanding of the Azure Cloud Services
- # Strong scripting skills preferably in Ansible, Python, Unix shell scripting
- # Good Understanding and troubleshooting experience with the container technologies (Kubernetes Docker)
- # Build and deployment automation using Concourse.
- # Experience in Agile and DevOps practices.
- # Experience developing automation solutions and working in a highly automated environment
- # Knowledge with data storage and data backup technologies
- # Knowledge of baseline and operations inside a cloud environment.
- # Experience in Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment methodologies.
- # Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- # Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment under deadlines in a changing environment.
- # Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously.

- Role expectations :
- Be part of a platform support team that takes care of PCF, AKS among other components
- Take transition of pending tasks from the previous shift
- Support application teams during US-CST timings
- Handover support to the next shift
- Deploy services to various envs
- Troubleshoot issues
