Your Impact
As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will have the opportunity to provide direct support to the Senior Manager of Accounts Receivable and contribute in all facets of accounts receivable. You will collaborate with team members to implement process improvements and assist in day-to-day operations.
What You’ll Do
Location: Hybrid in Scottsdale, AZ
- Execute customer invoice/credit memo application and customer payment functions.
- Ability to reconcile customer accounts, analyze and verify contract billing concerns
- Actively review customer aging reports to pursue collection of cash and delinquency reduction.
- Ensure purchases are paid within the customer payment terms.
- Assist testing and training of current and future system upgrades and implementations.
- Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and recommendations.
- Supporting internal/external audit requests.
- Process credit card payments
What You Bring
- Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of five (5) years relevant professional level work experience
- Experience reviewing contract terms and customer quotes preferred but not required
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in a high volume, high intensity environment preferred
- Advanced MS Office skills required (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Ability to work in multiple accounting software systems
- Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and recommendations
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, D365 and Salesforce Billing

The Pay: Axon is a total compensation company, meaning compensation is made up of base pay, bonus, and stock awards. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 52,000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 78,000 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
