Your Impact
As the Operations Manager, RMA, you will directly supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers within the RMA department. Maintain production goal numbers through active coaching/development of RMA employees. Monitor and evaluate product and quality control of employees.
What You’ll Do

Reports to: Director, RMA & Refurbishment

- Coordinate and monitor the workstreams involved in triage and refurbishment. Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals. Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.
- Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.
- Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project on time within budget and within scope.
- Delegate tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them. Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project. Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple work streams are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy.
- Review financial statements and data. Utilize financial data to improve profitability. Prepare and control operational budgets. Control inventory. Plan effective strategies for the financial well being of the company
- Organize recruitment and placement of required staff. Establish organizational structures. Delegate tasks and accountabilities. Supervise staff. Monitor and evaluate performance.
- Monitor, manage and improve the coordination and communication between support functions such as Engineering, Finance, PeopleOps, IT, Logistics and Manufacturing.
- Liaison with top management. Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity. Implement and manage operational plans. Identify, lead and/or participating in Quality projects aimed to decrease cost, increase efficiency, and improve production goals, and employee experience
- Read and analyze charts, work orders, production schedules, and other records and reports to determine production requirements and to evaluate current production estimates and outputs
- Identify and publish all key performance improvement numbers and projects to improve all service level agreements
- Manage new product introduction as it relates to product returns including developing work instructions, training and working closely with Engineering and Validation teams
- Enforce Quality, safety and sanitation regulations
- There may be occasional need for business travel if the requirement arises
What You Bring
- Knowledge of Returns Management, Reverse Logistics, Warehouse Management, Electronics Triage/Repair, New Product Introduction
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Minimum of 5 years working as a manager of a team
- Minimum of 5 years of applicable work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficient user of analytical reporting tools
- Microsoft Office Suite, D365 or similar Warehouse Management System, Tableau or similar reporting applications
