Your Impact
Bringing the Axon Experience across the US. These off-site customer and community events and demo days are aimed at introducing the latest Axon technology to new and existing markets and telling our brand story around the country. This traveling coordinator will execute each of the exciting events within his/her region and meet public safety individuals all over the United States.
What You’ll Do
Location: Remotely US but 95% travel throughout the United States
Reports to: Manager, U.S. Roadshow

Ensure flawless logistics and execution on the day of events

Manage communication to ensure all stakeholders have clear and timely updates ahead of events

Collaborate with internal teams external attendees to drive engagement and attendance

Maintain a network of partners to assist with various aspects of event management, including venue sourcing, production, branding, and onsite logistics

Prepare and maintain marketing collateral and presentation materials for meetings and roadshows

Build and track FY budget for relevant region

Track ROI, engagement, and audience feedback to measure results, assess opportunities for improvement, and optimize future events

Providing backup and support to Roadshow Manager on projects as needed.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while multitasking, re-prioritizing projects, and communicating priority updates to stakeholders

Ability to stand for upwards of 8 hours a day; as well as lift, carry, move packages and materials up-to-50 lbs on a regular basis; with or without special accommodations, is required

Extensive travel and extended work hours may be required; anticipated (95% of travel)

The Pay: Axon is a total compensation company, meaning compensation is made up of base pay, bonus, and stock awards. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 60,000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 90,000 in the highest geographic market. The on target earnings range for this role is between USD 70,000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 100,000 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
