The role of AVP, Program Management Invest is pivotal in driving the future of our investment solutions and better meeting the needs of clients by defining the vision and bringing the vision to fruition. You will be responsible for managing and implementing end-to-end program management efforts for key elements of our technical and product-based investment offering. Key areas of focus will be strategy/ideation, research/design, roadmap/planning, pricing, product launch, and go-to-market.

Responsibilities:
Research
- Analyze competition, track competitive moves, and determine appropriate positioning and features to sustain competitive advantage in target segments
- Work closely with front-line colleagues and clients to understand client needs and communicate potential solutions
- Create user personas based on an in-depth understanding of the market and client use cases
- Implement due diligence procedures, processes, and analysis on investment partners, model providers, and digital assets
- Coordinate quarterly reports for internal and external use for evaluation and approval
- Liaison with marketing in creating retail communications on investment partners, model providers, and digital assets
- Prioritize future initiatives based on strategic vision, feasibility, market dynamics, client need, and fiscal impact
- Socialize product strategy, roadmaps and plans among key stakeholders
- Develop high-level vision documents for strategic initiatives, including vision, objectives, high level approach, and success criteria (quality/scope, time-to-market, and ROI)
- Make recommendations regarding build/buy/partner decisions
- Convert client needs and product plans into product requirements
- Ability to define specific requirements from both a platform-based and investment-product offering standpoint
- Provide support to junior product team members as needed throughout the project lifecycle
- Train and mentor product analysts and others in broader industry knowledge and competitor awareness
- Sponsor product release planning sessions in partnership with other product groups, IT and PMO as necessary
- Ensure operating and support structures are in place for the product (including documentation, training, and staffing)
- Identify and review potential service providers as needed
- Develop plans for product launch including collaboration with marketing and creation of training programs for client-facing team
- Ongoing Management
- Obtain client and key stakeholder feedback on initiatives and overall product-set
- Regularly review and communicate statuses, adoption and effectiveness of initiative and product efforts
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years in product management or a related role
- Client-facing investment experience
