Job Summary and Opportunity

Axos’ Loan Servicing Division provides friendly, responsive, proactive and knowledgeable customer service to its own, as well as investor loan portfolios. Where appropriate, cross-sells other Bank products while managing the operational, regulatory and financial risk associated with servicing mortgage and commercial loans.  Effective 2/29/24, Axos will be moving to Workday. Responsibilities

• Receive inbound customer calls and chats
• Research and resolve customer issues
• Manage and resolve customer cases related to loan issues
• Meet critical regulatory and company deadlines

Requirements

• 1 year's customer service 
• Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize objectives
• Computer skills, including Word and Excel
