Responsibilities

As a HR Business Analyst Intern with Axos, you will have the opportunity to work on high level and large impact projects with exposure to the entire enterprise. The opportunity at Axos will expand your Javascript skills while collaborating with the members of the HRIS, Learning & Development, & Governance, Risk, and Compliance teams. You will develop strong: problem-solving analysis, execution skills, efficiency, and adaptability.

• Be an integral part to a successful Workday HCM launch for the entire Axos enterprise
• Perform impactful research and analysis to enhance business operations & efficiency
• Provide technical support to Workday Implementation project by modifying SCORM files into acceptable format
• Provide administrative and ad-hoc support for various HR projects with a focus on HR Information Systems
• Support other HR initiatives as assigned

Requirements

• Highschool Graduate
• 3.0 and above
• Entry level role no previous work experience is necessary
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Self motivated, detail oriented and organized
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
