Job Summary and Opportunity

The Regulatory Reporting Analyst is responsible for the preparation, review, analysis and timely and accurate submission of regulatory reports across multiple regulators. Will lead other team members in the preparation and analysis of financial reporting schedules. Recommends updates and enhancements to improve efficiencies and accuracy. The team environment and variety of work provide a great place to both advance one’s skills and contribute to the overall good of the team. 

Responsibilities

  • Prepare periodic Regulatory filings
  • Tracks, research, and prepares recommendations on Regulatory reporting pronouncements
  • Monitor processes to ensure documentation and change management approaches are compliant with proper controls for both automated and manual systems
  • Ensures compliance with internal regulatory reporting policies and procedures
  • Research, resolve, and respond to inquiries from internal partners and regulators

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 2 years' progressive accounting 
  • Knowledge of GAAP and general ledger systems
  • Demonstrated organizational and management skills in handling, directing and prioritizing multiple  complex tasks

Preferred:

  • Master's degree in Accounting or Business Administration
  • CPA
  • Public company or public accounting experience
  • Banking/financial services
