Sr. Relationship Manager, Small Business Banking

Job Summary and Opportunity

We provide the financial advisor community with compelling products and services to compliment and enhance their business/mission. Working through a business to business distribution channel, we promote, educate, empower and incentivize our partners to leverage their relationship capital delivering new client relationships. In aggregate, these business clusters deliver significant client portfolios that are consistent with the Bank’s overall strategy.

 

Responsibilities

• Manages a portfolio and pipeline of large and complex small business banking relationships
• Serve as the primary contact with assigned small business clients, both existing and prospective
• Maintain and grow existing relationships through providing clients with the best client experience and cross selling other bank products and services
• Conducts client interview to get to know their clients better and to have a thorough understanding of their business and banking needs
• Make recommendations and drive improvements to process, products and services, and client experience and increase productivity
• Pilot and test new channels and niches

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree
• 4 Years Banking Experience
• 2   Years in Business Banking
