Quality Management Specialist (Clinical)

Aya Healthcare has an exciting contract opportunity in the New York, NY area!!

JOB TITLE: Quality Management Specialist - Administrative
CONTRACT DURATION: 26 weeks (possible extension due to need, performance and attendance)
SHIFT: Monday – Friday; 8am – 4pm or 9am – 5pm.
LOCATION: New York, NY, 11065
ONBOARDING TIME: Expect 3-5 weeks from offer acceptance to start date.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS (due at time of phone screen with recruiter)

· Documentation of Covid vaccination or medical/religious exemption.

· Copy of diploma/transcripts for highest level of completed education.

· Three references - two mangers/supervisors and one co-worker you have worked with in the last TWO years (2022 to present only).

· Upcoming RTO for the next 3-4 months.

· Resume with last seven years of work history - all work history gaps of 90 days must be explained.

REQUIRED CRITERIA

· Bachelor’s Degree in a clinical discipline.

· EPIC

· Microsoft Office

· 2 years of clinical experience in Quality and Patient Safety

· Ability to review and interpret clinical cases for efficiency of care.

· Knowledge of basic concepts of the structure and processes for maintaining a PI and patient safety program.

· PREFERRED: NYS Licensure as an RN – must provide documentation at time of phone screen
