Ayoub Carpet Service - Rug Cleaning and Restoration

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Seamstress to join our team. As a Seamstress, you will be responsible for repairing Oriental rugs. No experience with rugs needed as long as you know how to use a pair of scissors, needles, and can identify color matching of yarn and thread. We will fully train to perform the common rug repairs. As you gain experience reweaving of damaged or worn rugs will be taught. Pay will increase based on experience, performance and accuracy.

Skills:

- Proficient in sewing techniques by hand

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
