The scheduling coordinator also known as Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a type of salesperson who focuses on generating new business opportunities for the company by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers. They are typically responsible for creating and managing leads through the sales pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers
- Navigate a CRM system to properly track leads.
- Tasked with setting appointments for a sales team.
- Continuously work with the Director of Marketing to fine-tune lead generation.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the process
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed targets
- Other tasks may apply.
Competencies:
- Familiarity with outbound calling and telemarketing strategies
- Navigation the CRM system in place
- Lead Tracking and organizing
- Friendly and helpful to better the customer experience
- Team work with sales team to create a good flow
