Apartment Complex Maintenace
We are currently searching for a qualified service technician for our apartment community. This position is 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday. We are able to offer excellent benefits package, vacation.
Have knowledge and experience in the following trades:
- Basic plumbing
- Basic Electrical
- HVAC Certified
- Painting
- Sheet Rock
Normal make ready duties, including, but not limited to painting, patching and general repairs.
Background and Credit check required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
