Senior Director / General Manager - Ultralox

1. Work with sales leadership to develop sales growth plan for commercial and retail customers
2. Ensure price optimization to balance growth and EBITDA margin
3. Provide leadership to sales operations efforts to drive efficiency and effectiveness of team
4. Provide guidance to marketing team to build brand and support products
3. Team Management:
1. Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and professional development.

1. Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and profitability.

3. Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and potential risks, providing strategic recommendations to the executive team.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
2. Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar executive leadership role, preferably in the building products industry.
3. Strong business acumen with a track record of driving growth and profitability.
4. Ability to engage customers, motivate sales teams and drive topline growth
5. Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
6. Understanding of operational processes, supply chain management, and continuous improvement methodologies.
7. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans, and achieve operational objectives.
8. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
10. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and market success.
11. Familiarity with building materials, construction industry, or related fields is highly desirable.
12. Experience in project management, candidate must be capable of leading teams in the planning & development of short- and long-term projects from initial concept through plan execution and on time delivery.
