Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Territory Sales Representative. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in your assigned market. Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify potential customers and develop strategies to reach them - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business - Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new customers - Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives within your assigned territory - Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas of improvement and implement effective sales strategies - Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales plans - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of products - Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer accounts, and generate reports Qualifications: - Proven experience in technical sales or a related field - Strong sales skills with the ability to negotiate and close deals - Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record As a Territory Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's growth.
