Process Improvement Analyst

Position Summary:

We are seeking an energetic Business Process Analyst that will join a team of analysts to support and enhance the global business application footprint through process improvement and optimization. In this position you will operate under the direction of an IS/IT Manager to lead critical business process re-engineering and diagnostic efforts throughout the company. Analyze, design, develop, configure, and maintain business processes and associated procedures. You will apply your superior process development, communications, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to achieve results on various projects.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assess complex business problems and processes to identify actionable opportunities for improvement, design solutions, and determine financial impact.
  • Lead business process re-engineering initiatives across multiple business disciplines.
  • Support strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of Senior Management and business partners.
  • Perform root cause analysis, create corrective and preventative action plans, and creatively envision, design, and implement future state processes.
  • Facilitate attainment of measurable outcomes. Conduct needs assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and sustainment of change.
  • Partner with Subject Matter Experts to identify the metrics of success required across business units and cross-functional teams.
  • Define and maintain documentation on process improvements and process performance, as well as detailed specification documents for development and implementation.
  • Support all aspects of our internal software development lifecycle process

Basic Requirements


Bachelors degree is required

Minimum 4 years relevant experience with process improvement and optimization initiatives in a global organization

Minimum 4 yrs experience and adept in continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, 8D, Lean, Kaizen, etc.).

Requirements

Strong analytical skills, and experience working cross functionally to solve problems through process changes.

Ability to communicate clearly/concisely

Ability to meet tight deadlines

Comfortable setting and changing priorities based on business needs

ERP experience is important with Oracle Cloud preferred
