Director of Clinical Education:
In keeping with our organization’s goal of improving the lives of the residents we serve; the Director of Clinical Education plays a critical role in providing superior customer service and nursing services to all residents as well as in the facility as a whole. You will plan, revise, coordinate, implement, and assists with general orientation, nursing skills training, in-service education for nursing staff which will lead to improved recruitment retention of facility staff and overall reduced turnover. In this role you would complete staff education and competencies on a regular basis and you may occasionally assist with wounds and infection control when needed.
