Area of Focus:

As a Customer Service Representative, your role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities, including:

• Assisting customers with product inquiries and questions.
• Providing order-related information and support to our valued clients.
• Addressing customer queries in real-time through live chat interactions.
• Ensuring prompt and effective communication via email.
• Complete daily reports and lists to prevent production delays and late shipments.

Successful candidates will undergo comprehensive training to excel in these areas and will subsequently be assigned to key account teams, where they will contribute to the growth of existing client relationships.

Additional responsibilities include:

: Managing the flow of internal production orders to ensure timely processing.

: Working closely with our art team to create virtual product samples and order art proofs, contributing to the creative and visual aspects of our service.

Salary: $40,000 to $50,000 annually

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
