Responsibilities
- Deliver IT infrastructure projects.
- Provide remote and on-site support to manage and resolve customer IT issues.
- Engage in internal training programs and keep updated with technology trends.
- Work closely with the Sales team to provide support and solutions.
- Interact with and present to new and current IT Service customers.
- Minimum 2 years’ IT experience at a Managed Service Provider.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, Microsoft operating systems and applications, Microsoft domain infrastructure, and virtualisation technologies.
- Good knowledge of LAN/WAN infrastructure, cloud technologies, and Android/IOS support.
- Preferred qualifications include MCP or equivalent (or working towards them).
- Excellent written and spoken English, ability to work independently under pressure, and a valid driving license with own transport
