Regional Manager – Role Description
Azul has been a nationally awarded, top-producing aesthetics company in the Florida market for over 20 years, growing from a single location to 5 locations operating in Naples, Bonita Springs, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, and now entering the Sarasota market. Azul offers a suite of products and services, including aesthetics, injectables, body contouring, plastic surgery, beauty products, and more. The Azul brand is part of a larger network within Aesthetic Partners, which owns practices across the US.
Azul is seeking dynamic “people and process” oriented team leader to be its Regional Manager and ambassador of Aesthetic Partners. This person will be responsible for all current locations and future locations for the brand, working in partnership with the location managers and Aesthetic Partners leadership. A successful Regional Manager will have meaningful experience engaging and leading the operation teams to support continued growth and performance improvements.
The Azul Regional Manager will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer of Aesthetic Partners (AP) while leading the clinic’s management teams. This person will be critical to aligning the combined vision for AP and Azul through strategic planning, goal setting, and collaboration.
Role Objectives:
Day-to-day operations
  • Manage company operations, set annual and quarterly benchmarks, develop plans to achieve goals though engagement with the location managers, Medical Director, and clinical teams.
  • Oversee execution of all key operational initiatives including but not limited to:
    • Overseeing and optimizing work schedules and staffing
    • Overseeing and optimizing patient experience and patient flow
    • Hiring, onboarding and training of staff as well as providers across all Azul locations
    • Ensuring compliance with various internal and external protocols and regulatory requirements including employee handbooks, local business license requirements etc.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, HR, Marketing and Strategic Operations teams:
    • Planning and forecasting for 4 wall and grand (budgets, labor, scheduling)
    • Operations reporting (KPI scorecards, Sales, Headcount, etc.)
    • AP/Azul Operations Playbook
    • Collaboration with marketing team to help grow the business
  • Maintain highest quality of Clinical oversight in conjunction with our Medical Director and clinical team
Leadership, team management & culture
  • Play a pivotal role in Azul’s executive team, helping to set overall strategy for the brand alongside the AP Executive and Senior Leadership Team
  • Build, develop, and organize leadership teams at each location and be their main point of contact.
  • Foster Team, Change, and Growth Mentality by hosting ongoing Leadership Meetings
  • Partner with AP Leadership to strengthen the culture through cultivating relationships with people and creating an optimistic people centric work environment.
Strategic projects
  • Support the successful launch of De Novo clinics pre and post-launch including but not limited to:
    • Assisting in new location scouting
    • Ensuring timely opening with effective hiring and training of the opening staff
    • Supporting marketing team with local market partnerships and other marketing efforts
  • Leading the implementation and adaptation of new corporate initiatives across the Azul brand (examples AP Academy, potential revised business, clinical and HR guidelines and protocol)
