We are seeking an Executive Director to oversee our Brookfield Community. This person is highly motivated, professional, and a team player who is not afraid of challenges while managing budgets and forecasts. They will be dedicated to promoting the highest well-being for our residents with Alzheimer's disease and other types of Dementia.
Executive Director Responsibilities
- Encourage and establish camaraderie amongst the staff while maintaining a culture of community and integrity
- Develop and strategize operation practices that ensure upward mobility in financial gain as well as within the community
- Direct day-to-day operations to ensure quality services and care.
- Encourage and identify talented staff and monitor progress via interviewing, monitoring, and recognizing
- Be a driving force to support and carry out the community s strategic vision

Executive Director Qualifications
- A bachelor or associate degree preferred or a minimum of 3 years of related work experience in assisted living or long-term care
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Ability to maintain and uphold regulatory compliance
- A genuine passion for senior care and staff through honesty and integrity
- Proven ability to effectively handle multiple priorities
