Now Hiring Director of Clinical Operations!

Azure Healthcare is seeking an experienced Director of Clinical Operations for its skilled nursing facilities in Massachusetts. In this role, you will be reporting to the Director of Operations and will work closely with the clinical management team to implement clinical policies and procedures.

Responsibilities of Director of Clinical Operations will include but not limited:

  • Conducting onsite facility visits
  • Implementing clinical systems
  • Implementing nursing competency programs
  • Ensuring facilities meet all federal and state regulations
  • Be involved in plans of corrections following surveys
  • Involved in writing policies and procedures
  • Monitor facility staffing to ensure that facilities are meeting the regulations.

Qualifications of Director of Clinical Operations:

  • Must be a Registered Nurse with unencumbered license
  • 2-5 years management experience in long term care field
  • Knowledge of federal and state regulations
  • Organizational skills and ability to supervise multiple facilities
  • Demonstrates quality leadership and motivational skills
