Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our construction projects by accurately estimating costs and providing valuable insights for decision-making. If you have a strong background in demolition, management, project management, and cost control, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for demolition projects
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to determine the scope of work
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimating purposes
- Prepare bid packages and submit proposals to clients
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitor project costs throughout the construction process and provide cost control recommendations

Experience:
- Proven experience in demolition estimating
- Strong knowledge of demolition processes, materials, and techniques
- Excellent mathematical skills with the ability to perform accurate calculations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret project plans, specifications, and details
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
