Under the mentorship of the Environmental Health and Safety Director, the Field Safety Coordinator will work closely with cross-functional teams to promote/foster a strong EHS culture, uphold compliance, and drive continual improvement in many aspects of the organization. The Training Success Manager will engage in a variety of activities such as training and education, IT technical support, and driving the company culture by being a team player.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Work under the direction of the EHS Director in recording and reviewing all safety training documentation.
- Assist EHS Director in conducting/recording safety inspections.
- Perform equipment safety inspections at various client locations.
- Assist, actively participate, or create/lead any job related project to maximize efficiency when needed.
- Works with our iAuditor inspection software to provide and record detailed analytics.
- Assist in troubleshooting/training for our robotics division.
- Be a team player and ready to assist in emergency field operations for all levels of employment.
- Reliable and on time transportation to work and for various job site visits as needed.
- General understanding of technology & experience with Google Gsuite
- Candidates should be reliable, trustworthy, self motivated, and have great communication skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards and the ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely is a plus!
- Ready to learn, grow, and succeed within our company!
- 18 years old.
