Our company is looking for a friendly, dependable and responsible individual to join our team for Customer Service/General Office Support. Entry Level, computer skills and customer service experience helpful, but not necessary. Great opportunity for advancement, B&B has always promoted from within.

Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:

  • Answering incoming calls in a pleasant & professional manner
  • Scheduling/Assisting customers for service and/or maintenance
  • Assisting with dispatching Technicians
  • Processing credit card payments
  • Processing service invoices which would include sending follow up letters, contracts & data entry
  • Calling customers to schedule their planned maintenance or follow up services.
  • Filing, copying & general office support
