What are the responsibilities and job description for the Concrete Construction Equipment Manager position at B&B Concrete?
The Equipment Manager will work with Project Managers and field management to manage our equipment nationwide as well as procure rental equipment for our projects. Equipment includes but is not limited to laser screeds, trowel machines, generators, bobcats, dozers, loader, skid steers

- Develops and coordinates maintenance program for all heavy equipment company wide.
- Sourcing equipment, managing delivery/pickup, verifying rental data, tracking and analyzing costs.
- Coordination of materials, equipment, purchasing for proper machine maintenance and tracking to keep jobs on an efficient production pace.
- Identifies and tracks the condition, maintenance and repairs for all equipment.
- Responsible for management of the equipment maintenance facility. This includes the orderly appearance of the yard and an updated inventory of materials stocked in the yard.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 2 years experience in a similar previous role preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to work collaboratively with all coworkers
- Must be a strong multi-tasker, detail oriented and be able to prioritize duties
- Great organizational skills
