Responsibilities: Essential Duties

• Responsible for Computer System Validation within the Corporate Quality organization.
• Responsible for long-term strategy of the Company's Computer System Validation Program and Processes while maintaining alignment to Company objectives
• Responsible for establishing standardized and harmonized core quality systems and processes for B. Braun Medical Inc. (BBMI) that are compliant, efficient and effective and employ best practices in industry. 
• Interfaces with Corporate Departments and all BBMI sites to ensure core quality systems and processes are properly implemented and maintained for sustained compliance
• Solicits internal and external feedback with the goal of continuously improving processes.
• May represent the organization during external inspections or audits.
• Responsible for personnel actions including hiring, performance management, termination.

Expertise: Knowledge & Skills

• Requires breadth of professional field and industry knowledge. Ability to integrate critical information and champion advanced strategies/concepts through the organization. Drives development of advanced technologies, principles and processes.
• Manages activities of a functional area which has at least 2 departments or major functions through managers and/or experienced employees. Responsible for cost, method, and employee results.
• Judgement is required in resolving complex problems based on experience.
• Interacts with internal and/or external clients and customers to negotiate and interpret information on projects and unit operations. May consult with senior management.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
• 10-12 years related experience required.
• Regular and predictable attendance
• Occasional business travel required

 

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
