Description
- Responsible for daily cleaning of leasing office, clubhouse, laundry rooms, fitness center, interior mail rooms, hallways, breezeways, common areas, and cleaning of vacant rental units as scheduled by Service Director or Community Director.
- Cleans all fixtures, counters, cabinets, windows, ovens and bathrooms in each vacant unit.
- Clean units for all make readies.
- Complete housekeeping checklist and return to supervisor.
- Pick up grounds.
- Clean pool area as needed.
- Periodically inventory and maintain adequate supplies.
- Occasional interior painting.

- The employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals.
