B&R Auto Wrecking is looking for hard working, mechanically inclined candidates to join their team!
The details:
- Pay: $15 - $20/hour DOE
- A generous pay for performance that allows Sales employees and Dismantlers to earn upwards of $50/hour!
- Benefits: B&R pays for 80% of employee's Medical, Dental and Vision insurance and provides paid time off

The Hybrid Seller provides customers with superior customer service, generating sales, and taking payments in adherence with all company policies and store standards via walk-in and phone.
Essential Job Duties/abilities:
- Welcomes customers in person or over the phone in a professional voice and greeting and listens to the customer’s needs.
- Check for parts, whenever possible offer new or aftermarket parts.
- Close sales and source new opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Follow all procedures on pricing parts and creating invoices, purchase orders, credits and delivery tickets.
- Meet all sales and prospecting goals
- Explain to each customer the yard locations, return policy, warranties and sales procedures.
- Accept payments and deposits ensuring any required sales tax and core fees are included.
- Consults with manager when questions or problems occur.
- Acknowledges and thanks customers when transactions are complete.
- Follows up with customer when parts are damaged or incorrect.
- Able to work required days and hours which may include weekends, holidays and overtime.
**Please note, employees must supply and bring their own hand tools to work.
