What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Customer Service Manager (Retail) position at B&R Stores, Inc.?
We are seeking outgoing, and personable leaders, to work as our Assistant Customer Service Manager at our 33rd & NE Parkway Russ's Market.
Specific Requirements:
- Efficiently handle cash register transactions while providing excellent customer service
- Ability to supervise cashiering team
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Follow directives of the Customer Service Manager
- Must be able to supervise independently and with confidence
- Follow company policies and procedures, including safety policies
Qualifications:
Previous cash-handling and Retail Management experience preferred. This is a Full-Time position, flexible scheduling. Must be at least 21 years of age and have some Weekend availability.
