Content Marketing Associate
Reporting to SVP Marketing
What You’ll Do
- Create and execute a monthly content calendar for each social media channel with pre-written content and flexibility for filler content dictated by trends and news cycles
- This includes writing and scheduling posts; curating all published images, videos, and other creative content; creating and managing social media campaigns and contests
- Partner with internal teams to develop and continuously improve b.well’s value proposition (individual solutions overall brand) and competitive differentiation
- Ensure consistency of messaging and strategy across internal and external channels (website, social media, content hub, conferences, paid search, etc.)
- Support the sales team by overseeing the creation of sales enablement content – such as case studies, collateral, presentations, and other tools
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication tactics and adjust communication plans as needed
- Additional responsibilities as required
Requirements
2 years of experience managing multiple professional social media channels with proven success in growing audiences, increasing engagement, and bolstering brand sentiment; or 2 years of experience in communications, journalism, marketing, or public relations in a corporate, agency, or nonprofit setting
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications and presentation skills
- Ability to write quickly and self-edit to produce high-quality content (writing samples will be required)
- Basic photography and video filming skills
- Proficiency using Canva, Adobe, WordPress, and other marketing software
- Thorough understanding of search engines and SEO
- Bonus if you live in the Baltimore area
