Content Marketing Associate
Reporting to SVP Marketing

What You’ll Do
  • Create and execute a monthly content calendar for each social media channel with pre-written content and flexibility for filler content dictated by trends and news cycles
  • This includes writing and scheduling posts; curating all published images, videos, and other creative content; creating and managing social media campaigns and contests
  • Partner with internal teams to develop and continuously improve b.well’s value proposition (individual solutions overall brand) and competitive differentiation
  • Ensure consistency of messaging and strategy across internal and external channels (website, social media, content hub, conferences, paid search, etc.)
  • Support the sales team by overseeing the creation of sales enablement content – such as case studies, collateral, presentations, and other tools
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication tactics and adjust communication plans as needed
  • Additional responsibilities as required

Requirements

2 years of experience managing multiple professional social media channels with proven success in growing audiences, increasing engagement, and bolstering brand sentiment; or 2 years of experience in communications, journalism, marketing, or public relations in a corporate, agency, or nonprofit setting
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications and presentation skills
  • Ability to write quickly and self-edit to produce high-quality content (writing samples will be required)
  • Basic photography and video filming skills
  • Proficiency using Canva, Adobe, WordPress, and other marketing software
  • Thorough understanding of search engines and SEO
  • Bonus if you live in the Baltimore area
