About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant for Operations Strategy and Change Management Team in Shared Services within the Chief Operating Office. In this role, you will: Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group Required Qualifications, US: 5 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Financial Crimes and Regulatory Operations expertise Knowledge and understanding of strategic planning and execution Knowledge and understanding of strategic roadmap coordination and development Experience with program and change management Experience with Agile Methodology, Program and/or Project Management methodologies Strong risk management leadership skills Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives Experience developing improvement processes and implementation strategies Ability to manage large-scale initiatives including stakeholders across business and technical teams Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas Experience analyzing, interpreting and presenting results to management Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, Project) skills Job Expectations: This position offers a hybrid work schedule This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship Posting Location 150 E 42nd St, NEW YORK, NY 10017 401 S Tryon St, CHARLOTTE, NC 28202-1675 800 S Jordan Creek Pkwy, WEST DES MOINES, IA 50266 Pay Range $96,600.00 - $206,100.00 Benefits Wells Fargo provides all eligible full- and part-time employees with a comprehensive set of benefits designed to protect their physical and financial health and to help them make the most of their financial future.
